White fillings
We discontinued the use of traditional silver fillings in the early 1990’s because of better options with bonded fillings. We use these exclusively for fillings because they are more aesthetic and more of your natural tooth can be preserved.

Teeth whitening

Root canal therapy
If the nerve in a tooth has become infected or severely inflamed, the tooth may need root canal treatment. This is painless and can stop a tooth from severely aching almost instantly. Root canal treatment involves cleaning out and sterilizing the internal part of the tooth, or canal, thereby stopping discomfort and infection. The canal is then filled.

CEREC®- same-day inlays / onlays / crowns
We have the latest technology that allows us to treat a damaged tooth and restore it to its original strength in only one office visit. Traditionally this would have taken two appointments with a temporary inlay, onlay or crown cemented for a period of time. Now, a tooth can be as strong as it once was in just over an hour.

Digital x-rays
Digital x-rays are instant, use less radiation than conventional x-rays and have wonderful detail. We are able explain treatment and conditions to our patients much better by showing it on the computer screen.

Implants
We feel the best way to replace a missing tooth or teeth is to utilize dental implants. These are titanium fixtures placed in the bone of your jaw that act much like roots of teeth. An implant(s) provides support for a crown, bridge or denture that replaces the actual tooth. Of course, certain conditions must exist for implants to be a consideration.
